It's an investment scam, labeled "Investment Strategy," and carrying a variety of made-up names in the "from" field. Gamekeeper I. Dishrag. Hairsplitting D. Liken. Thunderclap K. Cacaphonies.
Here's the start:

It ends with a throwaway URL.
So far, pretty standard. But here's the thing....
I'm averaging one of these a minute My daughter's account, which she doesn't check, has 861 copies of this since just yesterday.
This looks like spam as Denial of Service attack.
So the question becomes, any of the rest of you lot getting this spam? In quantity? Is it widespread, or is some spammer just after my mailbox?
Is the Web under attack, or is it just me? (Frankly, I hope it's just me.)
